Hello. At this point, you need to declare which browser you are using, because (a) the HTML interfaces can be slightly different, and (b) cryptographically-signed applets are available for IE and NS which will allow the code to run in a non-sandbox environment. This will enable it to, for instance, connect directly to an SSH server other than this one.
If you have problems, try all three (and make sure Java is enabled in your browser). If that doesn't work, try PuTTY or some other free SSH client. You may not get quite the same feature set but it should work.
The files are quite large, so if find you like this client you may want to download a copy and run it from your own PC. If you have a Java Runtime installed, you're best off with the stand-alone version. If not you can run it as a web browser applet, for which you'll need to download not only the correct version of MindTerm itself but also a webpage with the magic incantation. Either way, make sure to see the LICENSE and README.
Stand-alone version | mindterm.jar | Launch with a Java Runtime |
IE applet | mindterm_ie.cab | Launch from ie.html |
NS applet | mindterm_ns.jar | Launch from ns.html |
Unsigned applet | mindterm.jar | Launch from generic.html |
(Note: The generic unsigned applet webpage simply runs the full version as an applet.)
MindTerm is used under license.
